Donnie Varner joined VinoPRO in late 2010.  As our General Manager, he spearheads our efforts to rapidly expand our sales organization and position the Company for sustained growth.  Previously he worked at another BPO wine services company, selling wine over the phone and later transitioning to sales management to build and manage their office in Tempe, Arizona.  He has trained, coached and mentored hundreds of brand reps to successfully sell millions of dollars of wine over the phone.  He was instrumental in helping VinoPRO achieve 1,818% growth over a 3 year period and propel the company to receive numerous awards including Inc. 500 list at #236, The Top 500 North Bay Companies.  One of his recent, personal achievements was making the North Bay Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 list.
